Hello, my name is Daniel Winfield, Director of Winfield Property Group. We are based in Birmingham and primarily operate in the city, but also cover investment opportunities in the surrounding towns.

Property Sourcing
We offer a hands-free property sourcing service, specialising in finding and securing investment properties across the West Midlands. Our core focus is on buy-to-let and flip (renovation) strategies. With a deep understanding of the local market, we identify both on-market and off-market opportunities that are often not accessible to the wider public.
Portfolio Building
We offer bespoke portfolio building services for clients looking to create long-term wealth through property. This can be done with a hands-off approach from the investor’s side, as we manage all aspects from finding the properties and handling the legal processes to overseeing renovations and finding getting the property tennanted. This can be achieved through the traditional buy-to-let (BTL) strategy.

If you would like us to project manage the flip projects we source for you, we’ve got you covered. We work with two build teams I have personally worked with before, who have many years of experience and come highly recommended.
We also use the same teams for our assisted sales. This service is offered to vendors struggling to sell their houses, giving them the opportunity to work with us by renovating their properties to increase the salability on the market.

Over nearly 12 years, I have completed three renovations with my dad and one of my own. After completing the initial training, I joined their academy on a partner basis, allowing me to transform my knowledge into a fully fledged business while continuing to expand my education. I have invested over £30,000 in my education, which enabled me to become a lifetime partner with a reputable company that has many years of experience in the field.
